Frequently asked questions
How many points do I have?
You can find out at the online store www.condor.es/tienda/ or in any of the Cóndor stores. Points accumulated in physical stores can not be used in the online store and viceversa. Points can be accumulated in both stores.
How many points can I accumulate with each purchase?
Every time you shop at Cóndor you accumulate points in your account. Every Euro spent is equivalent to 0.05 points. For every 100 points you will obtain a €5 discount voucher. Items on sale do not accumulate points.
How long do the points last?
The points are good for a period of 1 year. After this period has passed, expired points will disappear from your account.
Is there a minimum amount to generate the discount voucher?
Yes, vouchers are generated once 100 points have been accumulated.
When are the vouchers generated?
The vouchers are generated on the 1st of every month or the first working day of the month.
. When you reach 100 points, we will send you an e-mail so that you can redeem your voucher in your Cóndor shop.
How do I spend the vouchers?
The vouchers must be redeemed in a single purchase of an equal or greater amount. If the purchase amount is smaller, Condor will not make up the difference in cash.
When do the vouchers expire?
The vouchers should be redeemed within 30 days. If they are not used, the points and the voucher will be lost.
Do I accumulate points if I am registered at Cóndor as a Large Family?
No, because with the Large Family Card you get a direct discount of 12% on all your purchases, which is higher than the value of checks you can earn with the Club Condor.
